Product Warranty:
All AquaIDEA Japan underwater lights come with a three-year (3) warranty. Your product may be eligible for warranty service. Before returning any product, you must provide the product’s serial number. Please fill out our warranty claim form below, and our after sales service team will contact you shortly. All warranty claims must include a valid part number or product description, which can be found on the product page.
Limited Warranty:
AquaIDEA Japan products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. AquaIDEA Japan is not responsible for product failure caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or use in applications other than those for which it was designed and marketed. AquaIDEA Japan assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury that may result from incorrect installation of the product, including but not limited to structural damage due to water intrusion, electrical malfunction, or vessel damage when used in marine applications. If your AquaIDEA Japan product proves defective during the warranty period, promptly notify AquaIDEA Japan and provide the product’s serial number. Once the product is returned, AquaIDEA Japan will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product or defective part at no charge for parts and labor. Alternatively, Products repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. AquaIDEA Japan disclaims any implied warranties beyond what is expressly stated here, and any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper maintenance

Damage caused by using the product for applications other than those for which it was designed

Normal wear and tear or deterioration due to environmental factors
Warranty Claim Shipping Options:
Standard Replacement:
Once your claim is approved, please return the defective product to AquaIDEA, using the provided serial number. AquaIDEA will repair or replace the product and send it to you via Japan Post EMS. This process typically takes 1-2 weeks. (Estimated cost per item: $50 USD)
Free Economy Shipping:
For customers preferring complimentary shipping, AquaIDEA offers Japan Post sea flight service at no cost. Please note that this option has a delivery time of 1-2 months.
Emergency Replacement:
For urgent needs, please contact us directly to discuss expedited replacement options. AquaIDEA can ship via international courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx) at the customer’s expense to ensure fast delivery. (Estimated cost per item: $100 USD)
Terms & Conditions:
AquaIDEA reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the product does not meet the warranty criteria.AquaIDEA is not responsible for damages due to improper installation or misuse, including water intrusion, electrical malfunction, or vessel damage.Shipping fees for immediate replacements will be refunded with your next order once the claim is approved.
